Learn to Play Hockey - LEVEL 2/3

Prerequisites:  Learn to Play Hockey Intro/Beginner

Length:  50 minutes / 10 Classes   

Cost:  $220.00 Early Bird Registration on or before February 26th, 2023

$250.00 Starting February 27th, 2023

Age: It is recommended that children be at least 6-7 years old. *No exceptions to this recommendation unless an athlete is turning 6 years of age during the current session.    

Prerequisite: Complete at least a minimum of 2-3 sessions of 8-10 classes of Hockey Intro/Beginner at the Ice Ranch, or meet the Ice Ranch's proper requirements of basic skating skill.

Required equipment: Helmet w/cage, Gloves, Hockey Pants, Athletic Cup, Hockey Skates, Elbow Pads, Shin Pads, Mouth Guard and Stick.

Learn to Play Hockey Level 2/3  is for the beginning hockey player that has learned the basic fundamentals of skating forward.  LTPH Level 2 builds on skating skills developed in the Intro/Beginner class. Instructors will work with students on edge control, forward striding, and backward striding.  The basics of puck control will be introduced during the class.
