Arapahoe County to Comply with Tri-County Public Health Order
On Sunday, May 16, 2021 Arapahoe County will move to the newly established Level Clear on the state’s COVID dial. This means that the only remaining restrictions are those required by the state, although mask orders may still apply in certain communities or businesses.
Between May 16, 2021 and August 16, 2021 the Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) will monitor hospital admission rates in the County. All counties overseen by TCHD will be moved to more or less restrictive levels as needed.
Despite this loosening of restrictions, everyone should continue using best practices, such as social distancing and mask wearing indoors, whenever possible, particularly when you’re around people with unknown vaccination status. The state’s indoor mask mandate is still in effect for a few more weeks.
Highlights of the order include:
To enhance personal safety and help reduce levels of COVID-19 transmission across our communities, our residents should continue to social distance; wear masks in public indoor areas; avoid large gatherings or crowds, especially indoors; stay home while they are sick and get tested for COVID-19 if they have symptoms; wash their hands often; and get vaccinated as soon as possible.
Arapahoe County will be at Level Clear,
as of Sunday, May 16, 2021.
Here are The Ice Ranch’s key guidelines to operate at Level Clear:
These guidelines are in effect until August 16, 2021, unless Arapahoe County sees fit to make changes based on hospitalization metric numbers.
Individual ice renters will receive specific details that pertain to their ice rental.
In addition, everyone should continue to take these preventative actions to protect themselves as well as others in their family and community:
